Childfree civil servants in Germany

My partner (30F) and I (30M) are both Beamte (German civil servants with lifetime tenure). No kids by strong conviction, no mortgage, no debt. Our financial base is structurally different from most FIRE paths I see discussed here, and I'm curious whether others in Europe have a similar setup, or whether we're genuinely an edge case. I'm new to the world of investing and I'm finishing putting together my emergency fund. Investing Student Loans??

My girlfriend and I have been together for two years, and she’s currently in a doctoral program. I pay for all the bills and she lives with me for free while she’s in school. If she takes out student loans (the interest rate for a federal loan, which we were looking into is 8.07%) to cover her “living expenses” and gives me money for her “share” of the rent, groceries, gas, and other bills, would it be worth it for me to invest that money on her behalf in an ETF like VT or VOO until it’s needed?

What are some of the ways people diversify from the S&P and gold?

I’m currently mulling over how to best diversify and I’m not 100% sure which way to go. I’m about 25%/30% snp. I’m in both the regular snp and the equal weight snp. Got some gold and a commodities ETF - that one covers gold, copper, other commodities etc. What are my options for further diversification? Emerging markets? The Dow? Is the Fidelity X corporate benefits VL depot still available?

I'm currently looking for the best way to save my employer's capital-forming benefits (€40) in an ETF. As far as I've read in previous posts here, I've only seen 2 sensible options: Open a depot via finvesto Fidelity depot if you have corporate benefits My employer offers corporate benefits, but I don't see any option to open a depot on the employee offers page. I can't find anything on the Fidelity homepage either

Amundi 2x Nasdaq ETF - Don't panic! It's just the 1:200 split

FYI to everyone who invests in the Amundi Nasdaq-100 Daily (2x) Leveraged UCITS ETF (A0LC12). The portfolios should currently be 99% in the red. These are not real losses, but the split of 1:200 that is currently being technically implemented. Then you have 200x more shares at 1/200 of the value in the depot >>> value impact 0 euros. Investing in Spain

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to figure out the best setup for investing and saving while living in Spain, so I'd really appreciate some advice from people who've been through this. Realize ETF profits up to the exemption amount?

Hello dear community, as is well known, ETFs are at ATH and I am up a good 50% on the MSCI World. I'm still studying and need around 1000 euros in the next few weeks (fun expense, already planned anyway). I am now considering realizing MSCI World profits of around 900 euros or less than the tax exemption in order to use the exemption for the first time. I actually planned to take the amount from the current account. Is there something against this? Unless, of course, I reduce my portfolio

I currently use Robinhood as I only started truly investing a year ago into ETFs. I always hear people say “open a brokerage account with Fidelity, Schwab, etc.”. Advantages of renting vs. ETF

Who decided against the ETF (holy grail, etc.) and in favor of purchasing a property including renting it out? It is difficult for me to understand why one should take the risk and the work involved in a property when the portfolio works passively and (historically) profitably for me.
