Building wealth - Assuming you have to start from scratch

Hello, I had an interesting discussion in the office today. A lot was about building wealth and especially the slightly older colleagues talked a lot about what they would recommend to their children (=it feels like everyone is starting a dual course of study in the company or is studying to become a teacher...). Suppose you had to start from scratch straight after your studies. How would you start with what you know today? What would you do differently and why? I would probably invest more in education
