Loan for condominium

Hi guys, short and painless. I would like to buy a condominium. I received a rough loan offer through Baufi24. The cheapest offer was at my house bank. Now many people here say that once the credit advisor makes an official request to my house bank, they are theoretically not allowed to make me a “better” or “worse” offer. Vice versa, probably the same. Can anyone tell me whether, statistically speaking, the house bank directly or the broker gives the better interest rate? Pure
