Robinhood - Preventing access to my funds

I don't know what's going on but Robinhood has frozen access to my funds and preventing withdrawal. They triggered an ID request from me when I tried to request the withdrawal which failed multiple times because of their shitty softaware. They then sent me an email requesting ID verification a week ago which was immediately submitted without any response. Because they have not closed this ticket, I cannot get a call back from anyone in support. Super frustrated and just want to close this accoun
