Rhineland-Palatinate: After a fatal attack on a train attendant: Ten years in prison for the perpetrators

The Zweibrücken regional court did not recognize any intent to kill on the part of the defendant in the trial surrounding the death of a train attendant in Rhineland-Palatinate. The guilty verdict is “assault resulting in death”. The survivors want to challenge the verdict.
