Hi everyone, a quick reality check because people we know are calling us crazy. We build with property developers. Purchase price 700k, we have 400k equity and finance 300k. The loans (150k KfW 297 at 2.21% with 12 months provision-free / 150k NRW-Bank at 2.8% with 6 months provision-free) both have a repayment-free start-up year. Our strategy: We agreed with the savings bank that we would first use up all of the loans during construction and only then touch our equity. Reason: Because of the
