How to encash a US check?

Here's how it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/dFTTzdx Does anyone know how to encash a check like this? I've been to few banks like Sparkasse, Deutsche Bank even Reisebank. Only DB Said they can encash this but only if you have checking account and minimum amount has to be 500 Euro. Anyone has a better suggestion? EDIT: I caused confusion by writing encash.
