How to encash a US cheque?

Here's how it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/dFTTzdx Does anybody know how to encash a cheque like this? I've been to few banks like Sparkasse, Deutsche Bank even Reisebank. Only DB Said they can encash this but only if you have Girokonto and minimum amount has to be 500 Euro. Anyone has a better suggestion? EDIT: I caused confusion by writing encash. I would be fine with getting the money in Girokonto. Problem is I don't have a classical German Girokonto, only neobank submitted by /u/args10 [l
