Budget Accompanying Act 2025 (amendment request)

The FDP parliamentary group has requested a roll-call vote on its amendment regarding the draft budget accompanying law for 2025. The amendment refers to Article 6 of the state government's draft law. In order to ease the burden on the budget, the original draft proposed slightly reducing financial support for alternative schools. In addition, the flat rate for school transport is to be abolished and newly founded replacement schools are to have a longer waiting period of three years before they receive financial support. The FDP parliamentary group would like to delete this article. The amendment was rejected with 45 votes against. 20 MPs voted in favor, there were no abstentions.
