Reject petition on corona measures (recommendation)

As part of a series of votes on recommendations for resolutions and reports from the Petitions Committee, a separate roll call vote was taken on a petition at the request of the AfD parliamentary group. The roll-call vote referred to the recommendation not to remedy the petition. The petitioner called for a withdrawal or suspension of all fines imposed by the responsible authorities in connection with the corona pandemic, in particular with regard to violations of the temporary mask requirement. The Petitions Committee justifies the rejection of the petition application with the legality of the Corona regulations and refers to legal recourse in individual cases. The recommendation was approved with 107 votes. 25 MPs voted against and there were four abstentions.
