Reliable support system for gender-specific and domestic violence
With their proposed bill, the SPD and ALLIANCE 90/THE GREENS factions want to better support victims of gender-specific and domestic violence and create a reliable support system. People affected by violence should therefore have a legal right to protection and advice and the states should be obliged to ensure sufficient protection and advice options. In addition, prevention measures should be improved and the environment of people affected by violence should also be better supported. Zu dem Gesetzentwurf lag eine Beschlussempfehlung des Ausschusses für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend vor. It recommends the adoption of the law in an amended version. The bill was approved with 390 votes in favour. There were no votes against and 70 abstentions.
