Relieve the burden on showmen and women – abolish additional licensing requirements

In einem Antrag forderte die Fraktion von Bündnis 90/Die Grünen die Bayerische Staatsregierung auf, die zusätzliche Schankerlaubnispflicht für Schausteller:innen abzuschaffen. They already have a nationwide travel business card. Nevertheless, for every folk festival in Bavaria, showmen must apply for an additional liquor license from the responsible municipality for a fee. The responsible committee for food, agriculture, forestry and tourism recommended rejecting the application. The application was rejected with 79 no votes from the government factions and 28 yes votes from the applicant faction and the SPD parliamentary group. The AfD parliamentary group abstained.
