Actively shape hospital planning in Bavaria
In its urgent motion, the Alliance 90/The Greens faction called on the state government to become more actively involved in the implementation and design of the nationwide hospital reform. Above all, the government should take over planning authority over state hospital planning and thus relieve the burden on municipalities and hospitals. Two further emergency motions on the topic were discussed and voted on, although not by name. The SPD parliamentary group's request was rejected. The government parties' emergency motion was approved with a large majority. The Green Party group also agreed to the government proposal. Consequently, the application from Alliance 90/The Greens was rejected with 102 votes against and 28 votes in favor. There were no abstentions.
