How do you keep track of all your recurring charges across multiple services and currencies?

Even with a budget in place I keep finding charges I had forgotten about. Streaming services, cloud storage, apps I signed up for during a free trial and never cancelled. Last month I found three services still running that I had not used in over two months. I have tried maintaining a spreadsheet but it falls out of date quickly and requires manual effort every time something changes.
