Reputable (online) courses on the subject of tax returns for property owners, purchasing property, renting, etc.?

Title actually says it all. I've been doing my tax returns myself with Elster for years, but there are a few changes coming to our family in the next few months, such as buying a house, renting an apartment and possibly fulfilling my dream of a small holiday apartment in Italy.
