Outlook Therapeutics ($OTLK): PDUFA on July 29 – How much would you risk on a 200k portfolio?

Hi everyone I'm currently looking at Outlook Therapeutics ($OTLK). The FDA decision (PDUFA) for their eye drug Lytenava is due on July 29th. Since the FDA has just accepted the application as "Class 1", things will become extremely binary in a good five weeks: either the stock takes off (EU approval is already available) or the thing crashes completely because it is already the fourth attempt and the balance sheets look really bad (negative equity, constant dilution).
