Trading212 new entity and new interest rate

I’m based in Spain and trading212 pays me 2.4% interest rate on euro. However, for new accounts there is an offer of 3.5%. According to the support I’d have to close my account and open a new one to get the higher interest rate. Meaning, I would have to sell my shares. Is there another way?
