My fidelity Account I use for investments has been BLOCKED for no explainable reason!

UPDATE: I've gone to the local branch and they called fidelity, after long hold got someone who refused to say why my accounts closed, said it would not be able to reopen and is permanent( not that I'd want to) and that they can liquidate my assets then Call back in a few days to send the money back to my bank acc(thank god if true).
