Should I Add a Small-Cap ETF or Wait for Vanguard’s Global All Cap ETF?

Hi everyone, I’m currently invested in a single ETF, an all-world fund, and I’ve recently crossed the £10,000 mark. I was wondering whether it would make sense to add a small-cap ETF, as my current fund only includes large- and mid-cap companies. I also remember seeing that Vanguard is planning to launch a Global All Cap ETF. Would it be worth waiting for that, then selling my current holding and moving everything into the new fund instead?
