I’ve been tracking pre-IPO valuations and found some interesting patterns
—·37dSocial
I’ve been looking at how companies like Stripe, Klarna, and SpaceX are priced in secondary markets before IPO. One thing I’ve noticed: - valuations often peak well before IPO announcements - retail access is basically non-existent until very late I started tracking this more systematically (mostly out of curiosity). Curious, does anyone here actually try to factor pre-IPO pricing into their public market strategy? Feels like there’s a signal there, but hard to access. submitted by /u/Icy-Emotion
