How to invest in 55?

Hi, I would like to diversify my portfolio, cause I have basicaly only real estate/land investments. The problem is that my investment horizon is around 15 year, so Im not sure if going all in world etf is a good idea? Could you give me a few ideas how to split lets say 60 000 USD?
