Who has ideas for a Tecis request?

I made a stupid decision years ago when I was 20. But I set the deposit to a minimum and, with help from the sub here, I selected the funds I would pay into so that I didn't lose everything. Now an email came from the representative... who has any ideas on how best to react? Somehow I just want to ignore them, but on the other hand I also want to tell them what shit they're doing.
