Bank speaks to me over the phone about my account balance and wants to “advise” me

Hello everyone, I bought a house and am waiting for the payment due notice. That's why I currently have significantly more in my checking account than usual - ready to pay. Now my bank just called me and the lady asked for an appointment to save taxes... Quote "When I look at the account balance... there's something you can do... save taxes..." Is that common? The account has existed for more than 20 years - who knows what I signed back then
