Frustrated with Robinhood

HI, I am a fairly active options trader and I happened to sell Covered Calls a year ago on some stocks that ran up A LOT in the recent semiconductor bull run. Robinhood has now effectively put me on a Covered Call Hold preventing me from selling ANY covered calls on ANY ticker. This is so frustrating- I have been on calls with their account supervisors for over 4-5 hours and no one can tell me how much I need to unwind positions/transfer in.
