Find cheap fiber optic contracts

Hey, we currently pay €55/month for fiber optics with a router (there is no DSL here), I wanted to switch, but: Where the hell can you actually find transparent, fair fiber optic contracts? Just as fraenk is with mobile communications, something like that would also be needed with fiber optics.
