You have health insurance - is the planned pension reform for mini-jobs an unexpected advantage?

If mini-jobbers have to pay contributions to health and nursing care insurance in the future as a result of the reform, does that also mean that you have health insurance through the mini-job? Everything else would be somehow contradictory, right? Otherwise you would be paying into a system from which you would not receive any insurance cover. That would actually be an advantage in my situation. For example, I currently have to pay 275 euros to the voluntary statutory health insurance as a student over 30.
