How can I pass on my TR portfolio?

Good evening, I'm in my early 20s and have been having worsening heart problems lately. Long story short, I have a large sum of money on TR. A part in stocks/ETFs and what I need to be able to cover all the costs (apartment, car...) for a year in cash because of the interest.
