How relevant is Schufa score for real estate loans?

It's about buying an apartment building, my aunt would sell me her share (my mother has the other share; it's from my grandparents' family inheritance), unbeatable price of €250,000, I bring €45,000 in equity, my mother (owns the other half of the house) would finance the loan with me as security. I'm permanently employed with 4K. Due to a stupid mistake I have a bad Schufa score with two completed entries. Will I still get finance?
