Company pension

Hello, I'm interested (especially among younger people) because it's supposed to be a "pillar" in old age and I hear shockingly little about it. Who has a >notable< company pension in prospect? And do you pay anything into it yourself? Is it subsidized or does the AG pay alone? I mean something that goes beyond these ridiculous alibi contracts where a few hundred euros a year are badly buttered up somewhere. Please state your age and industry.
