How am I doing, honestly?

Hi all, looking to get some good honest feedback based on your experience and if anyone is specifically really knowledgeable on the market and what I may be able to expect. 36, M, married, 4 kids. House will be paid off within 8.5 years. I have one 401k through a previous employer with $231k, current employers 401k with $11k, one Roth IRA with $6k. Wife has a current and former 401k with roughly $160k give or take as well. Could I realistically retire by 60 years old? I put in roughly $1k-$1.5k
