Burned out, alone, low salary, need ways to FIRE

Hey! I'm 40F, living alone, the only income is monthly salary 1800 euro. Have 2 flats, one with low mortgage. If I sell them both, I'd have like ~ 130k. Atm I don't have energy to hunt for bigger salary, emugrate or start a business. If I sell the flats, I'd have to rent or live with relatives uncomfortably in rural places.
