Question about the Spacex IPO and free float

Spacex is going public on June 12th with a free float of 5%. With the forecast 90 billion, the company will then be worth a total of 1.8 trillion. I find the type of evaluation somewhat idiotic. In the end, it is an asset that is larger on paper than Tesla or BTC, although there is only a fraction of capital in it. What's all this for? Just to be able to handle large numbers and put up posters? Otherwise I don't see much benefit in it. Other size companies like Apple and Nv
