Bank won't charge off loan, what can I do?

Hello financial friends, I have a problem with an old loan of mine. Please no judgment. When I was 20 years old I thought I needed a consumer loan to furnish an apartment lol. It's stupid, it was a youthful sin and I have to pay for it now, that's just the way it is. However, the following problem is currently occurring. The loan was taken out through the “SBER” bank. This is a Russian bank and it has probably transferred its business in Germany to the “Cliq” bank. I now have vo
