Thoughts on Telus new AI infrastructure deal with Canadian government?

How everyone feeling about Telus? I believe recently Telus and the Canadian government reached a deal to work together to create more AI infrastructure within Canada. Although Telus is an alright dividend stock, I personally wouldn’t invest in the company for growth. However, could this new deal flip over a new chapter for the company?
