21M, ETF advise needed

Hello everyone. I'm 21M, started investing in ETFs about a year ago. Currently I'm investing €750 every month in: WEBN - World (77%) EIMI - Emerging Markets (13%) IUSN - Small Cap (10%) Then, on the side, ca. €5k emergency fund in savings account (ca 4% interest). Also sometimes I buy some stocks, nothing serious, max €50/month. Main concerns: is this good or would it be better to just stick to 100% World? Is the emergency fund ok? Too much, Too few, better alternatives? Am I wasting money on th
