How do you manage a move for a job in relation to buying real estate?

I currently live in the west of DE and have been offered an exciting position in the north. So exciting that we as a family are considering moving. We currently live in a maisonette that still has around 40k open. We also own a half of a house where around 125k is open. If we scrape everything together, we might have somewhere around 35k in reserve. In the area you are looking for, you can find acceptable houses between 350k and 450k. Now it's clear we want to move
