Why are fund managers on opposite poles with SpaceX IPO

SpaceX is showing too much of boldness in their IPO with the ousted from US govt CEO Elon holding talks with Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund for a deal. Seeing the situation in Middle East right now, it might make sense for them to invest outside the Middle East. And here we have Danish pension fund saying they are grossly overvalued.
