Best investement plan for me (31 years old)

I live in Greece, I live with my mother, so I don't have to pay rent. I work and since March 2026 I put 200 euros to SXR8. I want to continue to do that for more years, until I decide to live alone. However, I'm thinking of selling land and with the money I get, to buy more shares of SXR8 (or maybe a worldwide ETF) and get 1% each year.
