Investing vs house mortgage

I want to decide between investing vs paying off my mortgage. Basically 3.6%-3.8% is my mortgage interest rate and i also get some tax rebate from the tax authorities. I have somewhere around 50k eur. Help me decide if i should pay off my mortgage or invest in any etf or shares.
