Comment: The coalition is making savings in the wrong places and is accelerating Germany's decline

Katherina Reiche is suspending the Central Innovation Program for SMEs because there is a lack of money. In doing so, it deprives the country of an important opportunity - although much more could have been achieved elsewhere.
