Move loss offset pot

Hello, I have 2 depots. A well-running ETF portfolio at ING and an individual stock portfolio at Trade Republic, which I continue to liquidate. Now I have accumulated a large pot of loss offsets in the TR depot. Can I transfer this to my ING portfolio via a securities account transfer so that I can offset the losses for tax purposes if I sell securities later? I'm grateful for any advice.
