I have around 40k€ sitting in a savings account as an emergency fund. Is that too much?

As the title states, I have 40k€ sitting in a savings account in Scalable Capital, earning an annual interest of 2.5%. This money is intended as my emergency savings, but I feel like it is a bit too much. As an immigrant to the EU from a poorer country, we were always taught that real wealth is always kept in cash and I am afraid that I still carry this mentality with me. I am 30M, single with no significant dependents and a working professional with a stable job. I already invest 1000€ monthly
