M25 / First job after 7 years of study

At 25, I'm starting my first full-time job after my master's degree as a software engineer. I earn 55k a year (12 salaries) and after one year my contract will increase to 60k. I live with my girlfriend in a medium-sized city, we pay 1,070 euros in rent and, after deducting all expenses, the housing costs are around 1,200 euros. In addition, there are expenses for food and leisure activities (such as going out for coffee), so we have around 1,800 euros
