How do you deal with fomo of not having invested (early 30s dude)

It hasn't been that long since I've been having enough savings that it makes sense to me to invest. I come from a country of poor financial education (might be easy to guess) and have always thought that investing is like gambling (there was a huge investment bubble in my country wherein people lost a shitton of money). Now I want to start learning and applying myself. It's difficult to deal with regret of not having started sooner (though I didn't have that much money until 1-2 years). submitte
