Should these closed-ended funds Gabelli Equity Trust Inc., Gabelli Utility Trust, and Gabelli Healthcare & Wellness Trust be sold and put into something else?

So my mom has had these products for sometime now (about 9-12 years). I don't know who referred them to her, but wanted to know if she should keep them (untouched), or sell them off and put into different investment products.
