As a “healthy” person, is it worth applying for a TK entitlement abroad?

As a 34-year-old, I have been living in Germany for years (insured with TK) but will be returning home for family reasons. But since I want to go back at some point, even if only after 10+ years, I'm thinking about whether it makes sense to apply for this entitlement to TK.
