How much is your overdraft in your salary account?

My overdraft dates back to when I was a trainee and amounts to 500 euros. That was around 10 years ago. Since then it has never been adjusted or questioned. I'm now wondering whether I should have it increased and if so, to what amount. I'm never in the red, I have enough emergency funds and a credit card, but a high overdraft doesn't cost anything and protects me from a direct debit in an emergency and even higher interest rates for a tolerated overdraft.
