Having to sell $10k to pay bills. Which one would you pick?

Currently have to dip into my investments to pay off some medical bills. Have 300k between a few stocks but not sure which one will be the better ones to sell as to not lose too much upside. SPY, QQQI, MU, AMZN, RKLB, GOOG.
