Needing advice for a portfolio investment

My TFSA Portfolio 29 years old from Canada and have a 35 year horizon, planning to add money each quarter of each year. I chose the boring strategy but i would like one of the most aggressive/growth picks from ETFs choices they offer. And at the same time, not only USA exposure.
