BluOr Bank - Deposit

Hello everyone, I’m considering a fixed-term deposit with BluOr Bank. The rates look attractive and it appears to be an EU-regulated bank, but I’ve never heard of them before. Has anyone here used them? I’m particularly interested in how the maturity process went, whether funds were returned on time, and if you experienced any issues with withdrawals or customer support.
